Month by Month SEO Plan

Every website is different, so this is a general guide of what we will do. This schedule will vary slightly for each website, but it is a good guide of what to expect.

Set Up Keyword Tracking and Campaign Reporting

We track up to 5 main keywords and 25 Longtail and Buyer Intent Variations every month. This may not seem like a lot but the focus is what lets us get excellent results. Then once we are finished we move on to the next 5 main keywords and 25 longtail and buyer intent variations.

You’ll get a private view key so you can log in anytime and see the site rankings.

We track the overall progress of our monthly campaign through Google Sheets. We use a dedicated Google Drive folder to store all of the monthly deliverables and reports and creatives. Site Health Check and Technical Audit

We check for 404 errors, proper robots.txt, and XML sitemaps. We look at any 301, 302, and canonicalization issues. And finally, we do a broken link check.

Anchor Text and Semantic Audits
